Biography of Imani Pressley


Imani Pressley is a fifteen year old youngster who is a singer, rapper, songwriter, musician, composer/inspiring producer, who spends countless hours at her (Motif ES6), playing and arranging every sound, laying every single track from the Motif(not the computer), singing all lead and background vocals and composing scores of songs . Imani is the future role model for young girls of today. She strives to be a driving force for all young women wanting to enter the music industry in a positive way, in a world that is male dominated.
Prior to her love of music, Imani is a accomplished basketball player since the age of five, in 2006 being the only female freshman at her school to make varsity, winning numerous championships and inspires to play on a college and possible professional level in the future. Imani offers a wide range of music from Gospel R&P(Rhythm & Praise), R&B/Pop ,Hip Hop and other styles of music in her repertoire.
Imani has performed at several churches, fine dinning club/restaurant "Alexander Devereux". Since the creation of her first album, "U Cn Bring It 2" Imani has had thousands of inquires of her music and continues to create music daily for herself and other aspiring artist. Imani has also released her Contemporary Gospel CD "I Ain't Ashame to Praise God", and is currently in the studio working on her soon to be released second CD "No Problem".
